About Garrett Beem

Garrett has spent his whole life in and around the Real Estate industry, including the last 20 years as an active Real Estate Agent selling properties. He began his Real Estate career in the Napa Valley, where he spent over a decade making a name for himself and excelling, which led him to represent some of the most sophisticated clientele. In that time, he sold everything from Vineyards and Estates to Residential homes and assisted investors in making sound financial purchases. He and his wife, Shelby, moved to Texas in 2016 and laid down roots in Dripping Springs, where they still live with their three kids.

 

After landing in Dripping Springs, Garrett jumped right back into Real Estate and once again began making a name for himself. He consistently ranks in the top 2% of all Real Estate Agents in Central Texas and is considered one of the top-selling real estate agents west of Austin, establishing himself as one of the go-to experts in the Texas Hill Country. In his free time, he chooses to spend it with family, friends, and past clients, exploring the outdoors and supporting local businesses. He is a firm believer and spends his Sundays serving his local church and local community. Due to the support of many who have put their trust in him, Garrett has helped hundreds of people find success in real estate, closing over 285 transactions, equating to more than $250MM in sales.
